Cancellation Policies

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount, whether for an individual room or the entire house booking.

No Show: In case of no-show, the deposit will be charged as a penalty.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, you will have 12 months to reschedule your stay, applicable to both individual room bookings and full house reservations.

Full house reservation ARE NON REFUNDABLE. The guest has 12 months to reschedule the reservation.

Terms and Conditions

Please note that foreign visitors are exempt from taxes when purchasing a tourism package (accommodation plus services).

Upon arrival, you will be required to present a TP-11 tourist visa or a permit -5/PTP-5.

Breakfast for children under 6 years old using existing beds is not included in the rate and must be paid directly at the property upon check-in.
